If you are interested in applying for an IDA please complete the following steps:

  1. Complete an application.  Click here to print the application.
  2. Secure a credit report.  Click here for instructions on how to obtain a credit report.
  3. Gather your income verification; paystubs, W2s, etc.
  4. Contact your local Community Action Agency and schedule a meeting with an IDA Coordinator.
