Region VIII

Victim Impact Panel

The Victim Impact Panel (VIP) provides a means whereby (impaired) drunk drivers and potential (impaired) drunk drivers (DUI, MIP and MICH) hear what happens to the victim of drunken driving crashes.   This program offers a unique perspective to the drinking driver, presented in a very personal way, the far-reaching effects of the choice to drink and drive.
