Homeless Supportive Services in North Dakota

Community Action Partnership of North Dakota (CAPND) is proud to partner with the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) on expanding homeless services across the state. With support from NDHFA, CAPND is administering two major funding streams: the HOME-ARP Supportive Services Program, which launched in January 2025, and the North Dakota Homeless Grant (NDHG), which began September 1, 2025.

Through this partnership, CAPND is leveraging its statewide network to deliver critical housing support and stability services to individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. By aligning both HOME-ARP and NDHG resources, NDHFA and CAPND are demonstrating a shared commitment to addressing housing instability, strengthening community response, and creating long-term solutions for North Dakotans in need.
