Request for Proposal: State-wide Data Management System

The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is a federally funded block grant program administered by the Office of Community Services (OCS) under the US Department Health and Human Services. In the State of North Dakota, CSBG funds are allocated to the Community Action Partnership of North Dakota (CAPND), the statewide association, and North Dakota’s seven Community Action Agencies (CAAs) to deliver services vital in combating the causes and conditions of poverty.

To effectively administer the Community Services Block Grant and meet the reporting requirements set by the OCS, the North Dakota Community Action network requires a state-wide data management system uniquely suited to CSBG and adaptable to the unique needs of the CAAs. As such, Community Action Partnership of North Dakota is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive and scalable database solution that will serve our statewide network of Community Action Agencies.
